Returns

For paintings of all types:

Our policy lasts 10 working days (2 weeks) since the day you have received the painting. If 10 working days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please, return the product to the following address:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. However, the return shipping costs will be paid by buyer. Please, note that the shipping costs are non refundable.

For print on demand products such as framed posters, T-shirts and mugs:

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at edita_sarukhanyan@yahoo.com


Exchanges


At this time, we don't offer exchanges for the clothing. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at edita_sarukhanyan@yahoo.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Refunds

For paintings of all types:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition.

Any item that is returned after 10 working days (2 weeks) since delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



For print on demand products such as framed posters, T-shirts and mugs:

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at edita_sarukhanyan@yahoo.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
